Applying to CTTCS

Thank you for your interest in joining the CTTCS community. Please complete a New Family Interest Form to confirm classroom availability for the prospective student(s). 

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Admission decisions will be communicated to families once all required forms, documentation, and fees have been submitted. If a class is full, you may be offered the option to join our waitlist. 

Guidelines for Acceptance
CTTCS admits students of any race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students in the school. 

CTTCS follows the guidelines of the Diocese of Wilmington to determine the order of student acceptance. This policy applies to all applicants.

1. Siblings of current CTTCS students 
2. Students whose families are registered and active parishioners at one of our four sponsoring parishes: Holy Family (Newark, DE), St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (Bear, DE), St. Joseph (Middletown, DE), St. Margaret of Scotland (Newark, DE)
3. Children of CTTCS graduates
4. Catholic students transferring from private or public schools
5. Families who agree with the mission, philosophy, and policies of CTTCS.

       Note: All students participate in daily school prayer, religion classes, and liturgy. 

Required Documents:

• Copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Copy of the child's most recent immunization records. Please note that students must be fully immunized. We do not accept religious exemptions; only medical exemptions, documented by a physician, will be accepted.
• Copy of the child's most current Physical Exam Form (Not a summary. The form is available at cttcs.org under Parent Resources).
• Copy of the child's Baptismal certificate, if applicable
• Copies of the child's report cards from the previous two years for those transferring to grades 2-8
