Applying to CTTCS

Applications for the 2027–28 school year open on December 1, 2026, and are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to availability.

Beginning December 1, families interested in applying to CTTCS should complete the required Diocese of Wilmington Catholic Schools pre-registration process.

Please have the following documents scanned and available to upload with your application:

• A copy of the applicant's birth certificate

• The applicant's most recent immunization records

  • Students must be fully immunized.

  • Religious exemptions are not accepted.

• A copy of the applicant's most current physical examination form

  • The required form is available at cttcs.org under Parent Resources.

• A copy of the applicant's baptismal certificate, if applicable

• Grade 1: Kindergarten report card

• Grades 2–8: Report cards and standardized test scores from the last two years

Application Fee

A $100 non-refundable application fee per applicant is required to process an application.

Please include the applicant's name and grade for 2027-28 in the Note section.
