Pre-Kindergarten 

All Pre-Kindergarten students must be fully toilet-trained (know when to ask to use the restroom, use the toilet without assistance, clean up afterward, and re-dress with little or no assistance). We understand that accidents happen, but these should be infrequent.

Required Student Documentation to include with the Application

1. Copy of the child’s birth certificate
2. Copy of the child's most recent immunization records. Please note that students must be fully immunized. We do not accept religious exemptions; only medical exemptions, documented by a physician, will be accepted.
3. Copy of the child's most current Physical Exam Form (Not a summary. The form is available at cttcs.org under Parent Resources)
4. Copy of the child's Baptismal certificate, if applicable
