Payment for lunches and after-school snacks for (Grades K-8) can be completed through the K-12 Payment Center. Payment works like a debit card. Money must be on the account in order to purchase lunches. Please click on this link to go to the K-12 site. You will need your child's 6-digit account number to complete your account sign-up. All parents are encouraged to sign up on the K-12 site even if you do not make payments there. At the site, you can sign up for text and email alerts when your child has a low balance as well as auto-replenishment. A $1.95 charge is incurred for each time you add money online with your credit card or eCheck. However, there is no charge to sign up for low balance alerts.
Payment may also be made in the form of cash or personal check directly to the school. No charge is incurred for these types of payments. Please have your child send it to the office first thing in the morning in an envelope marked with their name and account number. It will be applied to their account within 24 hours or one full school day.
Payment for lunches is not taken from FACTS accounts unless accounts become delinquent. If delinquent charges are pulled from FACTS accounts, a processing fee is charged.
Money must be on the lunch account in order to buy from the cafeteria. Once a student begins to run a delinquent account, they will only be permitted to purchase the basic lunch meal for the day.
All questions regarding the lunch program should be directed to the Cafeteria Manager, Mrs. Nikki Nardo at [email protected].
