My name is Kimberly Paoli, and I am excited to begin my 14th year working in Catholic education through the Diocese of Wilmington. Education has always been a big part of my life. I attended Wilmington College to pursue my passion for education and have had the privilege of working with children in many different roles throughout my career.
Before joining the Christ the Teacher family, I spent 3 years teaching preschool at Great Expectations. After which, I was fortunate enough to spend 10 years as a stay-at-home mom raising my children. I then returned to the classroom and was the Reading Specialist at Immaculate Conception for grades 1-3 over a span of 9 years.
For the past four years, I have been blessed to be a teacher’s aide at Christ the Teacher Catholic School, where I continue to do what I love—supporting children, helping them grow, and being part of their educational journey.
I have been married for 28 years and have three wonderful children, all of whom attended Catholic school in the diocese. When I’m not at school, you can usually find me enjoying one of the things that makes me happiest: Alabama football, relaxing at the beach, a good book, or just hanging out with friends and family.
