I am currently in my 15th year at Christ the Teacher Catholic School and my 32nd year working in the Diocese of Wilmington. I spent my first 10 years at CTTCS as the school counselor before transitioning into administration, and I am now in my fifth year as Assistant Principal. I hold master's degrees in School Counseling from Wilmington University and Educational Leadership from Neumann University. What I love most about working with children in a Catholic elementary school is having the blessing of watching them grow through all stages of childhood and become the people God has called them to be. I have been married to my husband for 32 years, and we have a beautiful daughter, Alex, and our family dog, Dexter. I enjoy reading mysteries and cheering on the Phillies. A fun fact about me is that I traveled to China to adopt my daughter, Alex, and later traveled to Israel on a pilgrimage. I love CTTCS because my colleagues feel like family, and I deeply believe in our Mercy Charism and Catherine McAuley's mission of helping our students grow in faith, knowledge, confidence, and kindness while becoming the best versions of themselves.
