Mrs. Laura O'Meara

My name is Laura O’Meara, and I joined the CTTCS family in 2023 as an aide in the McAuley Learning Center (MLC) and as a substitute teacher throughout the school. I graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and worked in security for DuPont before becoming a stay-at-home mom.

Once all three of my children were enrolled at CTTCS, I decided to join the fun too! I began working part-time in the MLC and quickly became an active part of our school community. Outside of my work at CTTCS, I enjoy volunteering as a basketball coach, helping with Cub Scouts, and serving as a co-leader for a Girl Scout troop.

My husband and I have also had the joy of live-streaming the CTTCS Christmas concerts for the past several years, helping families and loved ones experience the Christmas joy, even when they are unable to attend in person. I am truly grateful to be part of the CTTCS community and look forward to continuing to support our students and families!
